Thrive Together Leadership Program
January 15, 2027 @ 1:00 pm – 5:30 pm
JANUARY – JUNE 2027, 4 virtual sessions, 2 in-person retreats, 2 CEU’s
The Thrive Together Leadership Program trains leaders in building resilience within their organizations and among the youth they serve. This engaging, interdisciplinary, cohort-based program provides comprehensive learning and skill-building for experienced and emerging leaders.
Participants gain foundational knowledge in positive childhood experiences, positive youth development, positive psychology, and the science of mattering to strengthen their capacity to create environments and experiences that support positive health and well-being outcomes for young people from birth to launch.
Built on the understanding that young people’s ability to thrive is inextricably connected to the well-being of the adults in their lives, the Thrive Together Leadership Program also helps leaders identify, prevent, and address compassion fatigue. Participants develop practical strategies to strengthen the resilience and well-being of caregivers and caring professionals on the frontlines of youth mental health.
This research-informed, trauma-informed, and youth-informed program is led by Maine Youth Thriving experts in public health, youth mental health, and education and meaningfully integrates the voices and experiences of Maine youth throughout the learning experience.
Earn College & Continuing Education Credit: In partnership with the University of New England (UNE), participants who successfully complete the Thrive Together Leadership Program can receive 2 college course credits from UNE. The program is also approved by the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NH NASW) for 20.0 Continuing Education (CE) hours.
