We’re thrilled to invite you to kick off Maine Youth Thriving’s 2026 Speaker Series with an inspiring and practical 90-minute workshop featuring Dr. Ross Greene — acclaimed author, researcher, and originator of the groundbreaking Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS) approach.

Dr. Greene is best known for his influential books The Explosive Child and Lost at School, with new and forthcoming titles including Lost & Found and Raising Human Beings. He spent over 20 years on the teaching faculty at Harvard Medical School and is currently an adjunct associate professor in the Department of Psychology at Virginia Tech. He is also the Founding Director of Lives in the Balance, a nonprofit providing free, accessible resources and advocacy for behaviorally challenged children and the adults who support them.

This 90-minute interactive workshop will leave you:

  • Inspired by a compassionate, research-based lens on behavior
  • Equipped with practical strategies you can use immediately
  • Reframing challenging behavior in ways that strengthen relationships
