Thrive Together Institute
MyT’s hub for workshops, retreats, and professional development opportunities can help you support young people and cultivate connected, creative, and joyful communities of caring professionals.
Our team of facilitators possesses over 60 combined years of experience in prevention, public education, youth mental health and development, and trauma-informed community building for those who are on the front lines of caring for others. Our offerings are trauma-informed, research-informed, and youth-informed.
The Thrive Together Institute reflects MyT’s core tenet that thriving happens in relationship, not isolation. Participants experience hands-on learning, experimentation, playing, and growing together in positive, meaningful ways that restore connection to one another and to the work of uplifting future generations.
Through partnerships with communities and organizations, the Institute seeks to build momentum in these impact areas: youth resilience, caregiver well-being & workforce sustainability, mattering and community thriving.

Thrive Together Leadership Program
A 10-month leadership program for intergenerational thriving
Maine Youth Thriving’s Thrive Together Institute trains leaders in building resilience for their organizations and the youth they serve.
This selective cohort program provides skill-building for both experienced and new & emergent leaders in their field. Participants gain foundational knowledge in the latest research across MyT’s suite of offerings to strengthen their capacity to achieve positive health outcomes for youth and for their communities.
Built on the understanding that young people’s access to thriving is inextricably connected to whether the adults in their lives are able to thrive too, the Thrive Together Institute’s cohort program helps leaders foster intergenerational thriving – supporting the resilience of young people (birth to launch) AND the caring professionals who are on the frontlines of care. Timely and supportive for those seeking to reduce compassion fatigue and turnover, this unique opportunity to learn with others across the state is led by MyT and features the voices of Maine youth.
