RECOGNIZE: WHAT IS COMPASSION FATIGUE?

In this first session, we will hold space for educators and caregivers to pause, breathe, and feel less alone. We’ll gently explore how ongoing stress and emotional labor affect our hearts, bodies, and minds, and reflect on the weight we carry while showing up for children and families. Together, we’ll focus on grounding, connection, and small practices of care that help restore our sense of balance and resilience. This session is meant to be a moment of renewal, compassion, and collective support.
