Thrive Together Leadership Program
March 10, 2027 @ 4:00 pm – 7:15 pm
The Thrive Together Leadership Program trains leaders in building resilience for their organizations and the youth they serve. This engaging and interdisciplinary cohort-based program provides comprehensive learning and skill-building for experienced and emergent leaders. Participants gain foundational knowledge in the following topics: positive childhood experiences, positive youth development, positive psychology, & the science of mattering in order to strengthen their capacity to achieve positive health outcomes for young people (birth to launch).
Built on the understanding that young people’s access to thriving is inextricably connected to whether the adults in their lives are able to thrive too, the Thrive Together Institute also helps leaders identify, prevent, and address compassion fatigue to support the resilience of caregivers as well as those in caring professions who are on the frontlines of youth mental health. This research-informed, trauma-informed, and youth-informed program is led by Maine Youth Thriving experts in public health, youth mental health, and education. This program also integrates the voices of Maine youth into the learning materials.
